So What is it FOR?

Well to send money Safely... Mostly for Ecommerce Sites!!! But Places like: Trade Me, Ebay and other Trading sites allow you to use it... as it's better than giving out your Credit Card Details to Some Guy You DON'T Know!!!

Is it Useful?

Yes... For Donations, Online Trading Sites, Online Stores...
